GolfBC Group is proud to be back as title sponsor of the Vancouver Golf Tour's 5th annual 'GolfBC Group BC Women’s Open', returning to Nicklaus North as one of Canada’s premier women’s golf championships - part of Golf Canada’s She Plays Golf Championship Series.
Bringing together professionals, elite amateurs, and rising players, this two or three-day championship showcases top-tier competition on one of the country’s most iconic courses.
- Open Championship, welcoming Professionals and Elite Amateurs (up to 5.0 HDCP) as well as Amateurs (5.1 - 26 HDCP)

(1) 36-Hole Amateur Championship (June 11-12) - Amateurs 5.1 to 26 HDCP
- Open to amateur golfers with a handicap index of 5.1 to 26.0.
- Separate Senior Amateur flight for ages 55+ years.
- The max field for this event is 40 players - register early!!
(2) 54-Hole Open Championship (June 11-13) - Professionals & Elite Amateurs
Compete for a $60,000 prize purse, earn World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) points, and take your shot at something bigger—the champion earns an exemption into the 2026 CPKC Women's Open on the LPGA Tour. Whether you’re chasing a title or building competitive experience, this event delivers a true championship environment.
- Open to female Professionals and Amateurs with handicap index of 5.0 & less.
- $60,000 CAD purse for a field of 60 players*.
- The winner of the 2026 GolfBC GROUP BC Women’s Open earns an exemption to play in the 2026 CPKC Women’s Open on the LPGA Tour, set for Aug.19-23rd at the ROYAL MAYAIR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB in Edmonton, Alberta.
- The top player at the end of the 2026 She Plays Golf Championship Series will also qualify for the 2026 CPKC Women’s Open (if not already qualified)
- The 54-hole Championship will carry official WAGR (World Amateur Golf Ranking) points.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration is now open through the Vancouver Golf Tour HUB, with the final field confirmed May 30, 2026. Spots are limited and filled based on competitive criteria and player resume.
